I’m pretty surprised this place has such high ratings. The staff is so rude, every person that left the store they made some rude comment about while I was standing a few feet from them. Definitely do not recommend selling to them either, they make you feel very uncomfortable if u even consider not accepting their lowball offer. Just go to GameStop down the street

They went down hill worst then gamestop now they want to give you nothing for your trade but charge over 100 for some pokemon games that are going for 35 on ebay.

Great stuff for gamers and music fans alike. If they don't have it they can usually find it at a different location. They go above and beyond in customer service. They are better than GameStop on trades for store credit

I have been going to this specific The Exchange since I was a teen. After today I will never be back, never recommend or even mention it to anyone! They very nicely charged me a $10 “restocking fee” on a $65 purchase!! Never even put them in my ear, just didn’t care for the style once I looked at them. I was planning on just exchanging for other items but after the girl told me about their “policy” I decided to cut my losses and not give them a single cent more!
