I went there because I had a craving for a Frosty, actually I wanted to try the Strawberry one...also some fries....so when I got there at 8:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, after waiting in line, they said they were only taking orders for pick-up/online orders. These type of spots aren't even worth the change between the seats anymore, worthless...

I ordered the chicken bacon and honey sandwich meal along with other items, was horribly satisfied, I called for almost a week straight to communicate with a manger to have to two meals replaced due to my fries being cool, and neither sandwich not being what’s advertised, one sandwich had just meat and bread, and the other didn’t have the bacon to be a baconator sandwich/meal!! It’s horrible that throughout multiple attempts to reach a manager no one ever answers the phone!! Sad service!!

The quality of the food is better than most Wendy's in the area and the staff do their job well. The only problem I have with this place is, believe it or not, the floor in the dining area. I noticed immediately that the floor was slippery, like someone spilled grease and the residue was still there. I have brand new Vans on and I was slipping. While my wife, son and I were eating, an elderly woman almost slipped and fell while carrying her food. I told the manager about it and he told me this always happens when it's humid and there's nothing they can do. It's only a matter of time before someone hurts themselves. The person who breaks their hip wiping out here isn't going to care if that's "just what happens". Whoever chose this floor for this location is a dope. They need to fix this or I guarantee that there will be a lawsuit from someone very soon, and rightfully so.

I got the new spicy chicken sandwich with bacon. It was delicious. The pickle chips were a perfect addition. Their tropical berry lemonade is one of my favorite drinks. (I just wish it didn't have so much sugar.)

They close at 1am. I know someone who works at Wendy's. They start the chili at 6am but close at 1am. If they run out at midnight I guess that would be it for the day just like Frosty.
