Positive: Pretty clean hotel with a good location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Negative: Perhaps it is a Red Roof Inn policy not to clean room or make beds after 1st nite's stay, however a request was made for them to make the bed even if linens were not changed. This was not done, and makes me want to use other hotels than Red Roof Inns.

Positive: The location was great. AC worked great. Negative: Booked a deluxe king. Got a standard king, but no reduced rate. Guy at the desk gave me absolute minimal attention. He complained about his day to someone else there the entire time. The mattress was a D-.

Positive: I liked that it was fairly clean and it was a close destination Negative: Where to start? Had to stay in 2nd floor room. Not the room we ordered. A party going on so loud that I could hear thru my ear plugs! They were out in the balcony and caring on. Told front desk and acted like no big deal

Positive: Right off the highway...near fast food and gas station. Negative: Bathtub had sand in it. Toilet seat didn't look clean. I cleaned both of them to feel safe. The desk area had dog hair on it. Needed dusting.
