We researched the mattress we wanted and went in to try it out before purchasing and it was not what we wanted after all. James was able to make a great alternate recommendation that we loved. We definitely would purchase a mattress from James again, no pressure sales and showed us the mattress we needed rather than the most expensive on the floor.
