Awful service. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 medium subs when there were 4 employees and only 2 other customers. Not worth my time especially for how much they charge for a measly 6 inch sub.

Place does an amazing job for a sub shop. Some of the subs offer a lack luster amount of meat. I'm a huge fan of the special sub of the month they cycle through. When it comes to Firehouse Subs this place is as good as it gets.It's wonderful to hear that the Firehouse Subs crew provided you with a 5-star experience. The staff are rude! There was no hello or goodby entering or leaving the restaurant. I ordered ahead and when I got there my food was not ready i was late for work. My food was cold and when I asked if they could remake it they complained and told me the food was okay. Horrible service save your money and go somewhere elseWe are saddened, Steven, to hear about the poor behavior and unprofessionalism you describe.
