Every year this apartment complex is getting worse. How do you make it that we have to register our cars to CARS but yall hold no responsibility for the car company. This all dumb. You allowed them to come on a property and obviously have a contract with them.

I currently live here with my wife and we love it! We have been here for almost 2 years. Great community and very quiet. The price is unbeatable for what you get. There is a wait list to get in but it's there for a reason. Once you get in you dont want to leave! We love our place and plan on staying until we get a house! Thanks austin bluff!

These apartments are great! The process from applying to my move-in has been very organized and great communication between the team even during these uncertain times. I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication to Jamie and Maria in the leasing office who have helped me so much and are always willing to answer all my questions (and I am one of those people who has lists of questions because I like to be prepared LOL). I have had horrible leasing experiences at previous apartments where the complex was not as they advertised, the communication from the leasing office was unorganized and as a tenant you had to take matters upon yourself to resolve. But that is not my experience here at Austin Bluff, the leasing/management office really set a higher standard on what apartment/home/living leasing offices should be. I am very grateful to live here and be apart of this community, a lot is nearby and the area feels safe. I would recommend this complex to friends and family any day! Stayed here in the apartments for almost 3 years, super affordable and very spacious apartment. Very few issues in the apartment and when I did have issues the maintenance team always came to fix the issue on time. Only reason I'm moving is because my family has grown and we are in need of more space now. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyoneWhile we're sad to see you go, we're so happy to hear you enjoyed your time here, Dell.
