2 months in and everything has been good. Quiet and nice until may 17th I recieved a package in the SUPPOSED TO BE SECURE lockers on may 15th I was out of town we have 2 days to pick up so may 17th around 7pm I go down to pick up my package type in my code and it Tells me my package was picked up at 12:04pm I wasn’t even home at that time ?! For these to be high tech apartments I feel like my things should be protected 100% I now don’t feel comfortable getting things shipped to my home but I also don’t feel comfortable in my home now that the fact I see someone is able to access lockers at anytime they please it makes me think what else are they able to access door codes as well ? And why my package ?!!!! The office says this has never happen before checked all the lockers and it was no longer a problem for them .

Overall, the property is certainly nice. But, if I'm being honest, it is entirely too noisy. I understand that there will be noise in an apartment building, but it's the blatant disregard for other people's peace that is absolutely annoying. When kids aren't screaming through the pool area, then there's your noisy neighbors who leave their patio door open and laugh out loud like a hyena. Also, I work from home, and the way these people slam doors and thrash about is mind blowing. And let me not forget the next door neighbors who fight like a cat and dog at 4AM-- slamming into our very thin shared wall. Maybe it's just MY side of the building, but if not, you've been warned.

I’ve lived in Dallas as an adult for about ten years. In addition to moving in to new homes more than once, my job as a responder has taken me to many apartment buildings throughout all of Dallas. Zang Triangle is the first, if not only, place of living that I can say has the complete package of everything you could want: -Security gated and covered garage parking (with enforced towing on unauthorized vehicles) -Secure building entry, call/buzz-in feature for visitors and deliveries, AND secured apartment unit entry -Two elevators in different spaces for easier floor access -Pet friendly; private pet area -Rapid response time from maintenance -Friendly admin -Well-kept amenities -Valet trash and recycling -Pest control -Beautiful location including a a skyline and a lake view. Great for photography hobbies. -Fun and peaceful neighborhood (Lake Cliff Park, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves) -Walking distance shops/restaurants and rail shuttle to Bishop Arts directly across from the building -Safety surveillance and night time courtesy patrol (a comforting feature if you live alone or are entering/leaving the building when it’s dark) -Updates from staff to residents on important notices -Convenient rent pay app/website -And, fun events just for more happy vibes It’s possible that I still haven’t listed everything, this place is great and I’m happy to live here. The walls are not too thin so you don’t hear everything your neighbors are doing. Only if it’s extremely quiet you may hear some footsteps but it’s not too distracting and is simply part of apartment living. Cleanliness is priority; on top routine cleaning by staff, any reported mess or spills are taken care of within the half hour. A lot of hard work goes into keeping the apartment building nice, safe and comfortable. If you do start living here, or you already do, take the time to thank and show appreciation to the admin, maintenance, and cleaning crew of the building whether it’s kind words or simply doing your part to help make their job easier so this community can stay amazing. I moved into this property pretty quickly. The Office Staff are on top of their game here at Zang Trang! I was able to move quickly and I got the unit I wanted the most! Everything was clean and efficient. Highly Recommend!
