We really love the location of the park, and the people we have met there that are also 6 & 6 and that camp there. The park could definitely use some upkeep and improvements. To mention a few would be: so many street lights are not working, the public shower & restroom was closed down most of the last season, and there were quite a few washer and dryers broken that had not been fixed when we left. The park has been kept very clean and manicured. When we pulled in in December last year it was like a breath of fresh air and beautiful.

I have been a Snowbird at Blue Parrot since 2004. we enjoy the winters in Florida, and are happy that we have this choice. We enjoy the people and activities, and the time spent at Blue Parrot.

We are new owners in the park last April and have signed a 6x6 lease for 22-23. We will be back to the park in November and look forward to spending our winters there. The park appears to be very well kept and managed and will provide us with many activities to keep us busy.

We stay at the Blue Parrot in Lady Lakes. We have found the park clean and tidy. Wifi is only available in office. We offer a low review because in our own experiences the local park management has been extremely difficult to deal with. We wouldn't stay in this park if our mom wasn't already here. The renters in the park are very very friendly.

Hello, Blue Parrot is an RV Resort so, no mobile homes. Were in the process of installing new park models as rentals unfortunately their meant for short term renting and wont be ready for a few weeks.
Colleen, the only available rentals would be through private owners. Please stop in the office where you can get a map and drive pass. You can then take a ride through the park and take down any available phone numbers.
Hello Dave. There is no cable in the park at this time, but there is WiFi service around the office and pool area. Long term guests may choose to have their own dsl service installed.
Are u still looking?
Yes check with the office at the Blue Parrot
I didn't stay , I was shopping for a place closer to Kissimmee but the place is nice and seems to have lots of activities to make amazing memories
The Blue Parrot RV Resort is open to families and RVers of all ages. However, only adults without children can sign a yearly lease. Children are required to be under the supervision of their parents at the pool and during events. The RV lifestyle starts in childhood, the Blue Parrot offeres this lifestyle to kids of all ages.
Our rates are comparatively less then resorts in the area, while still having great amenities. Nevertheless, paving, new super sites, activities and other improvements are underway.
How much are the Fema Trailers that you rent?
