TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! Called to verify if my doctor's office had sent a request for a lab and, after 15 minutes talking to a recording, I was unable to find out. No, I would not make an appointment, drive to the location, just to ask a very simple question.

***TOTAL FAIL*** Btw, A "No Star" review can't be posted, Google needs a "FAIL" tab THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD.. HANDS DOWN‼️‼️ I called. "Appointments are not necessary but, we encourage them." At this point pushing 3 waiting for a prompt to enter your this, that...No. Ok so 0640 I arrived at the Compton ave location. Doors opened at 7 with a gal in a mask. No greeting just holding the door. I get that it's early. Not everyone is a morning person. I get it. But at least you got to eat and have coffee before we all arrived. Smile a little, fake it if need be Inside the tech told me "This kiosk you can make an appointment.." First available appt is 2 1/2 hours away(still no food no coffee) Inside, 3 of us pts. total, 3. No one else, 3 of us. Asked if I could wait and slip in between patients. Before my tech could answer me, a snarky voice from the pt room next door, "No just come back at 0930 for your appointment" the appt I never made btw THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD. So I went to Dennys had a bite to eat and, being curious, I came back at 0800 not a soul in the waiting room. Great investment on these 2 employees Quest!! Too bad your employees don't mirror your mission statement Did I mention, THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD. Find yourself another location, another lab service if you have to but, don't go to Compton Ave.

This place has the worst service. When you ask questions they yell over you and never let you finish asking the question. The wait time is always long. If you have an appointment you wait. If you don’t have an appointment you wait. I usually have an appointment but couldn’t make one this time. I was told I had to wait till the next appointment time unless someone canceled. I waited in the waiting room while no one was getting blood drawn and the women were chatting. I’ve come here every six months for a few years (insurance only contracted with Quest) and have never had a good experience. I may be able to handle the long wait times a bit better if these women were not consistently rude!

I have been going to this quest testing location for over 5-6 years. I have gone to al other brands and locations and still request this facility. They are supge good at drawing blood, friendly and professional.
