The experience has not been great . The “Green” had to be replaced three times 1st time was a manufacture issues and the company was good to respond and replace product , but they replaced it with a second manufactured flawed product which the install crew should have caught and not installed to start with. The company was good again and came and replaced the Green. The same install crew did the job and I don’t think the really care . The finished product is just ok at best . I would not recommend to hire this company if you are planning to use the putting green to practice on as it is not very fast ,smooth or consistent .

Job turned out alright, just recommend getting all details in writing. Don't go by your conversation with rep. If you have a problem during install don't expect anyone to answer the phone or ever give you a call back. Probably best to stop install so you don't get install not as expected.

Let me start off by saying I am a satisfied customer. I contacted Nick Both to get a quote on artificial grass. He immediately came out and was very professional. Within a week or two the job was complete. The workers completed the job in the most prompt and outstanding manner. They were nice and courteous. The grass came out beautiful. I am the envy of my entire neighborhood. My neighbors came by to get information on who this company is that transformed my property from ok to gorgeous. Thank you again for excellent service.
