First time ever being seen here. Arrived early booked my appointment ahead of time. Read reviews previous to coming in kind of obvious appointments are kind of necessary now a days, but if people have some patience and not try to get lab work done last min you can be seen just depends how busy each location is. I had Nancy draw my blood. She came out called me in and stayed a while explaining to patients who were walk-ins the process of possible wait times and just the reason as why there may be a delayed wait. Nancy was kind and courteous.
