To call the food quality here poor is an understatement. The ribs were cooked but tough to the point of being inedible. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese had barely any cheese at all. The chicken tenders were ok but you could easily find better ones in the frozen section of your local grocery store. The drinks and the fries were good though so I guess that's something positive. I definitely won't bother returning to Applebee's anything soon. I can find better ways to spend $85.

Waitress/ bartender was extremely rude. I went in picking up an order and they stated "We don't do those here" I proceeded to show them the order on my phone to which they replied. "what do you want me to do about that." They then said they would check on it. I waited over 30 mins and after no help I stepped outside and called. The same person picked up the phone and proceeded to leave me on hold for over 6 minutes. New staff is a need.

The amazing server, Jess, was exceptional. She was so friendly, attentive, and professional. I will return to this particular Applebee's as often as possible. I felt welcome by each employee. Please express my most sincere thanks to Jess for her stellar service, and her kindness to me.

Had such an amazing time. Our server was so much fun I wish I could remember her name. 6 in our group and she took very good care of my niece and nephew that have special needs. They had a braille menu so my daughter was able to order on her own. Great food, amazing service. Will go back again.
