Had to hunt around to find someone to help me find what I was looking for. ( well after 20 minutes ) and some more walking around I came across what I was looking for. Then on my way out I had 3 people willing to help me check out in the help your self check out line !!!!!

Yesterday purchased a washing machine spent over $1000.+ I was told I would be contacted after 6pm with a timeline on delivery. Nobody called so I called them, the associate on the front desk was rude and unhelpful, finally I spoke to the delivery manager Bob Davis who said that they will call up to 9pm. Still no call. The next day I called and spoke to the assistant store manager(Chris) who said he had no idea why they didn't call but I was 5th in line with no information as to the morning or afternoon. Handing over your credit card is a breeze, getting information and dealing with the associates is not so easy . It seems nobody really cares prior or after a purchase. I think next time I shall look into using Home Depot or another store. Is it just Lowes of Glenmont or are all Lowes like this?

I arrived at the Glenmont store this morning to look at purchasing a washer and dryer. I spoke to 2 separate sales associates who said they would send the someone over to appliances. I then heard over the intercom that there was a customer needing assistance in Appliances. Our current washer and dryer were ready to die any day. I was ready to buy. I had a couple of questions on 2 different models but that was all I needed. After 45 minutes waiting, I walked to the front of the store to customer service and explained I was prepared to spend almost $3000 on appliances but nobody was around to help. After basically being ignored, I walked out of the store and drove 5 miles to Home Depot, talked with a great sales associate in appliances and 15 minutes later walked out after purchasing my washer/dryer set. Never again Lowes!

I am usually a Home Depot guy and will drive past lowes to get there. This was xmas eve and I found out the Grandkids were coming the next day. The hooked me up with a 50%off tree and gave me their lights for decorations. I was able to make 2 kids very happy with the magic of Xmas. Thank you I know it looks like a Charlie Brown tree. I had them trim it like that due too space restrictions
