Girlfriend's son needed to get an upgrade. I would have to say this was probably the best Verizon experience I have had. This location was very polite and friendly staff. Sean Hems was the person that made this experience the best one that I have ever had at a location. He was so helpful and answered every question you had about your phone. He went above and beyond what you would expect. If I was a Verizon customer I would go to this location for sure and ask for him. Thanks again for the respectful fast service that you gave us.
