Here is what happened to me I always pay two months payment at once that's my fault I admit but the last payment I made they accept it and at the same time cancel the coverage and didn't notify me and then they kept the money 😂 and when I call to know what's going on they said they don't do refunds until the customer call and asked for it if that doesn't not give u a red light 🚨🚨 I don't know what and also when I ask for supervisor he said no supervisor working today 😂😂 it's Tuesday Jeff (my customer service agent) . Anywho I don't think they care about the reviews on Google. Peace ✌️.

They are really terrible and impossible to deal with but Kaiser told me they are dumping them on 12/31/2023. I will rejoice.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Reaching them takes at least 30 minutes each time, they say that my issues are resolved (or tell me to talk to the state insurance place), but I still have the same issue every month when it comes to billing, and their overall insurance is barely covered by dentists in the area. Even when they DO cover something, their rates are not as good as other insurances.

Scam, scam, scam, they tried to over bill me on a recent invoice. They can even be reached over the phone. I even asked Alexa about them and she said they are fraudulent

Are you a provider or a member if you're doing it on behave of a provider office then yes but for a member no ma'am . You would have to mail it in .
