This place is horrible. Management does not care about their residents. They’re extremely rude and inconsiderate. I’ve caught the office and maintenance staff coming into my apartment multiple times without permission. There’s been two shootings and multiple break ins since I’ve lived here - one of which was my brothers car. They have done nothing to make this place safer for their tenants. If you’re considering moving here, don’t. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Great place to live. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Office staff is courteous and helpful. Property manager Shannon is awesome. Her team is always professional. Maintenance fixes issues fast…My move-in process was smooth. Best pricing!!!!Spacious!!! Glad to renew and call this place home AGAIN:)

Wonderful place to live! I have always wanted to live here for the past five years and finally am here. I am enjoying my time with the tough year behind me. But this summer makes one year here. I love it just as much. We have the biggest floor plan an it’s not renovated but still have a very nice apartment. Highly recommend. The area is safe and the office staff always are patient as we call them for past leaks (to be expected from old apartments).

When applying to this apartment they claimed this is a smoke free community and even asked me to sign a smoke free addendum to the lease. After moving in I found out that some residents are allowed to smoke in their units so the unit smells like cigarettes periodically. Management has been slow to respond and has done nothing to fix the issue.
