Beautiful facility but unfortunately is just the cover on the book of sub standard health care provided by primary care physicians to especially dental. We can just leave it at that without going into personal details

Trying to get anything scheduled or speak to someone on the phone for mental health is just insulting. If they call you once and you miss the call, it's your fault. But when you call them 4-5 times in the same week and no one picks up... it's still your fault.

We have the best VA facility. Have never seen anyone there who didn't care. Always get the best care there!

Allot nicer now with the new building on Calkins Road. The Westfall Road facility outdated, too small & basically inadequate to serve the local Rochester area veterans. So they figured it was time to build a new facility and it is really nice! VA is good for many medical services, seem to do really good mailing our my prescriptions from the pharmacy. Use the online app if having any questions and they seem to care. Have a private insurance though my job for peace of mind, just in case of emergency's and cant get to a VA hospital.

You can contact the DAV, just make sure your appointments are scheduled for the morning, DAV does not run in the afternoon
They should, yes.
Walk in the front door go to past the desk and turn right where the snack bar is. It is on the right hand side. In the future one of the helpers at the front or seated at the desk can always help or tell you where every department is. Thank you for asking me.
