I brought a Singer sewing machine in for repair, paid the $100-or so deposit (non-refundable) and was informed there was only one person that repaired machines so it may take a while. No problem I said. After several months went by I had not received a call diagnosis so I waited a while more, then finally stopped by to check the status. The repairman was sick i was told so I waited some more. Stopped by again a few months later and learned there was a new repairman - he needed a few days to get familiar with everything so stop by again in a few weeks. I waited a few more months - it had been about 10 months by then, maybe even a year (lost my receipt) so I stopped by again and learned they couldn't get parts for my machine. So the point of this post is: follow-up, follow-up, and don't be in a hurry. Plus be ready to loose $100+ if they can't get parts for your machine. Thankfully I was able to repair my own much older machine and wasn't relying on their service. Their fabric selection is great, however.

Susan you are a real horrible person to put a shop in right next to Quilts Like Crazy. I will never shop in any of your stores again. And I will tell my friends too.

Beautiful quilt shop in Warrenton, NC. So much to choose from. We enjoyed visiting with the staff and the owner. Everyone was helpful and kind. The quilt shop was the icing on this delightful, friendly small town.
