To apply for a library card, you would need to visit the Library and provide a photo ID and proof of current address if not stated on your ID. To begin using digital resources immediately, you could complete the online registration (https://catalog.ncls.org/client/en_US/nclscat/search/registration/$N/SYMWS/true) and then visit the Library at your convenience to receive your physical card after providing your identification proofs.
If you call the Library (315-785-7705), we can definitely help you place a hold. Another option is to place a hold through https://catalog.ncls.org if the item is listed. You would need your library card number and 4-digit pin.
