The security guard was rather unfriendly and unwilling to answer basic questions. He then asked me to grab a seat and wait for my turn. I was literally the only customer and they still made me wait over an hour without informing me at any point how long the wait could be. No one apologized for the long wait time. The lady at the counter was friendly and helped me with what I needed though.

They never answer the phone ordered an application weeks ago still hasnt come in even though the operator said it would take only two weeks. Been on hold for almost 20 minutes. Very useless

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is the perfect example of what the government is. They never work, they have the wrong phone number on their doors. They are never at work during their “working ours” more like lunch time 24/7. They are probably stuffing their faces with the money they make working a 2nd job because they honestly could work a full time job while being employed in this office. I have never seen anyone in this office and lord behold you try calling. You might just get a “sorry can you hold” then you get left on hold for 2 hours and they close and hang up on you.

Yes you need to make an appt and they are only open certain hours. I believe its 7 or 8 am til 3 but you might wanna check
No....as you first walk in the door there is a computer to enter your data..it will give you a numbered ticket, so just wait your turn
