Not thrilled with the technician they sent (he implied that I was too old to have a smart phone!); however, the terms of the warrantee and repair services are--so far--decent. I have read other reviews of difficulties in getting the warrantee company to honor certain terms, so it remains to be seen whether I will keep the service.
