Return policies are not competitive and prices are higher. Staff is only marginally helpful. Drive the extra 3 minutes and go to Pet Food Express instead.

A bit shocked at the costumer service. I’ve been a loyal costumer to this store, paying a premium for over priced dog food for the last 3 years, but do like supporting smaller/community businesses. From all my purchases I earned a free dog wash… When I went to use it, they would not honor it, telling me it was past 90 days (two weeks to late)…and there was nothing they could do… Not only was I never told it had expiration date… the cashier was extremely rude about it. A 15 dollar dog wash is not a big deal. It’s the principle, I’ve been a loyal costumer then treated like none of that meant anything, and pretty much told to f-off. I paid for the dog wash but won’t ever spend another dime in this store, my business is going elsewhere.

Hi Janielle! Thanks for checking in about our community vaccination clinics! At our Mill Valley store, these are typically held on the 3rd Sunday from 2:00 to 3:00. The next one will be on Sunday 10/18/20 fro 2 to 3, and the one after that will be Sunday 11/15/20 from 2 to 3. Note that we also have a vaccine clinic in our Novato store this coming Sunday 10/11/20 from 2 to 3. Hi Cynthia! They are done until after Christmas dot-dot. The next one is Sunday January 6th in Novato at 2 p.m.. Then there is a clinic the following Sunday, January 13th in our Mill Valley store also at 2. We hope to see you there!
Hello JFFD! In our bakery case, we do have and awesome variety of gourmet cookies for dogs in assorted sizes, shapes, and flavors! Unfortunately, we have had to discontinue making custom cakes some years ago. I would check with our friends at Susie Cakes in the Bon Air Center, 415-461-2253. I know they do make treat sample for pets, and "cake" is in their name... If you call them they may be able help out! Hi Pat! Yes, we definitely have rabbit pellets in all four stores. We also have alfalfa cubes in stock in our San Rafael store.
