Refused to help a stray I found even when I offered to pay full price, just sounded like they couldn't care less, but they were the only ones open at the time. Congrats, cat passed away in the morning on the ride to a clinic that cared. Won't bring my cats here if you can't bother to help an animal in need.

No your dog can't. At midnight they want you to cut them off of all water and food. Just like when people have surgery and cant have food or water after midnight the same goes for any animal having surgery as well.
Just go there and get it they're high priced for vet visits

yeah he prolly has a bladder infection or something! Bring him in ASAP! The nice ladies at the front desk can get him seen by a nice doc who can help him feel better!!!
A veterinarian could give you a complete and honest assessment if you value your dog please make sure it gets the help it needs. No animal human or furry is normally short of breath that is not a normal state of any species
