Hi, I don't know why they refer you to me since I am a customer. I paid $190 but they cleaned an extra living room carpet for no additional charge. They do have surcharge for outside their office area which is NOT downtown Orlando as they advertised
They usually don't have specials but they do a good job, the only thing is a surcharge depending where you live
