Incompetent front desk staff. Asked for my medical records 3x never sent them… asked another front desk today for the email link…. Still no link. Go to RSI, it’s open MRI, they play your favorite music, there is a radiologist who can let you know what she sees and you don’t have to wait that long, and the front desk will actually send you your medical records. Still in disbelief that one of the front desk tried to tell me it was because of HIPAA she couldn’t send my records using a secure system… shame

Very slow and very disorganized. I’ll be surprised if this place is still here in 3 months. I would avoid this place. Research the competition and go there instead.

Waited 30 mintues past appointment time. They double booked the same time for the MRI with another person and they only have 1 machine. MRI tech was great. Receptionist is not wearing her mask (even though we have to) and has been popping her gum very loudly for over an hour. Every time she pops that gum, without her mask on she's forcefully propelling small particulates into the air and her mouth is at exactly the same height as the hole in the plastic divider that's supposed to protect us. That's why it's 3 stars. Not great, but not terrible.
