The staff have taken very good care of us during the 8 years we have lived in the area - esp. Jason and Stan. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. We have used them for mail box rental, notary public, Amazon deliveries and returns, among other things. Highly recommend!!!

What’s places charges you 15 to put a box inside another box. Rip offffff!!!! On top of manger the manager stated you cannot pack your package in the store horrible service will def use other stores

I've always use this location because of the service. Now they're trying to charge me $2.50 per return for Amazon and even the Amazon customer service representative that I spoke to said is absolutely free. Do not fall for this cause you can work your way around it and you dont have to pay the hidden fee. Is a free service from Amazon to do returns but this ups store is trying to charge $2.50 per box to return when Amazon says its free. I don't mind paying or tipping anyone who deserves it but these folks are nickel and dining long time repeat customers.

Unfortunately I had the displeasure of running into one of the owners of the store today named Stan. I brought in an Amazon return and was told that I needed to print the shipping label (something that I never had to do before when returning Amazon items at Kohls) and was charged $2.50 to print out the label. Then he charged $1 to add about 20 inches of tape to secure the package. Other UPS stores that I have used have never charged me for these things so it is completely inconsistent across the board. The real issue aside from the absurd charges is just how rude and crotchety Stan was. The attitude is just so poor and not representative of how someone should treat their customers, especially a business owner. With so many other options available I will happily go elsewhere next time I have any shipping/packaging needs.
