I have used this urgent care many times, and each time staff has been kind and prompt, this last time I was triaged and placed in a room right away. I will continue to use this urgent care they have always taken good care of me.

Total waste of time I was in bad pain they sent me home with nothing but a 15 dollar co pay n hope you get better , not even Motrin for inflammation total waste of time

Thank you to the staff who made my visit so easy. They are welcoming and multilingual, serving a diverse array of customers. The front desk receptionists were compassionate and helpful and the doctor did all he could to help under the circumstances. Nurse N. was the best part of my visit and made me feel extremely welcome and at ease, I can’t speak highly enough about her. Diversity and compassion in healthcare are important, and Lodi Urgent Care gets it. Thank you x a million!

BEWARE, Do Not Go Here. The Doctor/Owner/Ghavami and Jerry does not care about you, only cares about getting your money. This Office is VERY VERY RUDE, will lie to you if they don't want to help you. Also, it takes this office about 3-5 days to approve for a prescription refill and 80% of the time, the Dr's.Office says they never got the refill information from the pharmacy and you have to call the pharmacy and have them fax the info again and again just to get it filled. Sure, you'll get a welcome your first visit and it may seem like a good place, then a few months later, you'll wish you took my advise. Trust me, don't go here, save time now, or you will be looking for another doctor after a few months. This office should not be in business at all, very unprofessional. People who reviewed this office as excellent are probably the people that work there giving themselves a good review.
