I rented a.car Toyota 4runner SUV from this facility on 07/07/22 until 07/12/22 at the time when I rented the vehicle I noticed their was a broken tail light I immediately reported it but they ensure me it wasn't a big deal the car is still in great condition. On my way to my trip the car vigorous kept on shaking on the highway to the point that my kids started to complain and I started feeling the unsafetiness, I call the facility and spoke to Chris which informed me he was the manager so I thought he would therefore handle things the right way to insure me a safe and better experience but I was wrong. He immediately start shutting me down and refusing to help me rectify the situation, all I can say is I was so disappointed and felt like a second class citizen by this enterprise facility and my overall experience was very poor and dissatisfied. I will never recommend them for business.

Booked a reservation that was confirmed. The morning of Scott calls and tells me there is no car available for my reservation. I ask if he can call other locations and accommodate my reservation as he did not provide any solution. He said he would. Never received a call back. When I called the location back and requested his assistance he told the representative he was occupied and would call back. Never did. 5 hours later and still don’t have a car. Wish I could give this 0 stars.

I had a great experience. The customer service was very much appreciated, the staff was very polite and helpful, once I arrived they checked my info then took me straight out to the rental and got me one the road within minutes. Would definitely come to this location again.
