This place is corrupt and biased against fathers I've had physical custody of my son for over 6 months and still garnish my child support and take their time giving me a hearing and the case manager Elena never reaches out to me but reaches out to the other parent.

Honestly, they been Great to me very supportive and there was one booboo one time and they did everything they could to fix it.. I have no ill feelings towards them i think they are a wonderful team. God Bless

They need internal investigations across the entire facility. They steal from the government/tax payers by not doing anything for anyone. They rather give attitude and act arrogant as if they have job security no matter how poorly they do their jobs.

If your name is not on the birth certificate or you have doubts about the paternity (and there was no previous paternity test done), I'm pretty sure you can still get a paternity test. Whether or not you have to pay for the paternity test, yourself, may be a totally different matter. Some questions as such, you could ask the people at the child support office. And they'll give the best possible answer. But they will tell you "they are not allowed to give any legal advice" so whether or not you choose to seek legal consultation is totally up to you. I hope you get the answers you're looking for. Best of luck to you.
Yes you can. The sooner the case open the better. There is a 2 yr time frame to qualify. Please contact your local xhild support office for details on your case because case circumstances can impact that request.
Definitely don't mess around or neglect any legal obligations because the consequences could make things so much worse! Also, technically both parents ( not just parent paying child support ) are required to report change in finances to the family court and CSS because it may change the payment amount for child support! So if you're paying ( like me ) child support you obviously want to report if you're bringing in less money, or he/she is bringing in more money because it should more than likely lower your payment! Make sure to do this no matter what but especially when you go from making over around $2,500 net monthly!
No, but people do slide paper through the door
