The set-up is kinda weird in that instead of a typical big open gym, it has many smaller rooms. Definitely great if you’re more of an introvert. Seems to have all the amenities. Love this place.

The sauna is in use and is not restricted by COVID-19 presently. Those restrictions were changed in May. Both Watertown locations have saunas for use. However, situations can and do change.
