The care here is good. At least if you’re showing up to the clinic. I’ve personally had nothing but problems with their video tele health system. On top of that, and most importantly, their telephone service absolutely sucks. You’re lucky if you can get someone on the phone. I’ve sat on hold for 30+ minutes only to be hung up on multiple times. As of late, I call and the the line just keeps ringing for 2 minutes and then nothing. Extremely frustrated with how unprofessional their telephone service is. I’d give it a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the decent care they do provide if you can get a hold of someone.

They have called and canceled my appointments on me several times over the last 4 months. I'm just trying to find out if I have diabetes or not. Terrible service, terrible work ethic. 10/10 would recommend if you've actually given up and are just waiting to die. But if you do want service, yea, don't go to these jokers.

It is next to impossible to get anyone on the phone at this facility. I have tried many times and been told I am 9, 10, or 12 in line. No matter how long you wait after 15 minutes I lose patience. Do you need more people answering the phone?

Facility isn't bad, but not much help. Even after explaining my concerns for my health. I don't feel heard.
