Complain for pharm tech Jackie because she is so unprofessional. I went in for a refill on my prescription and was told to come back an hour and a half (8:30pm). As I arrive, I was told that it has been backordered. Why make me come back and not give me my prescription? Making me lose time and patience. If I chose this location, why tell me to go to another location and to change my prescription? This is not acceptable.
