Yet another government entity/ dictatorship with corruption and dishonesty running rampant. Low wages and no care for the employees that actually work. Meanwhile director staff salaries alone near 750k. Why do office personnel need take home vehicles? Pretty sure they're not coming out of their offices to run water plants or repair broken pipelines in the middle of the night. Sounds like money that could be put towards improving system infrastructure to me.

We have been charged double our water bill on multiple occasions and we’re forced to pay to avoid late fees because they would never answer a phone call. Tried to check our invoices to find why this month water usage was triple last months… when we’re home maybe 15 days of the month yet the invoice online isn’t the one from the mail it’s the one from two months ago. I definitely feel like there’s something shady going on and they’re scamming people for money. Oh and the water isn’t even good but it’s all you can get. Absolutely awful and I agree with previous comments, we need an investigation into this company.

They shut off water even through the bills are paid 2 old people and alizhmers person. And now they have to pay us a fine daily to the courts for a no reason shut off. Keep your well and only buy if it has a well.
