All my visits here were top notch except for the last two visits. There is an elderly nurse practitioner there that seems clueless. I had all the symptoms of the mumps. Swollen salvatory glands that enlarged even more whenever I ate and she was clueless and did not even know what mumps was. She wrote me a prescription for antibiotics even though she was totally clueless. Also when I went there for a sinus infection she gave me antibiotics that was more than double the normal dosage and strength( I work in the drug industry so I know) and it made me so sick it killed my gut flora and had to go to a real doctor to get put on digestive enzymes soo I can eat normal again. It took a few months for my digestive system to normalize. But when I was seen my a different individual I had better experiences. Despite these things its a pretty good place to visit. There is a wonderful male doctor there that took good care of me when I had bronchitis. Don't let me scare you. Over all this is one of the better Urgent Cares in the Kansas City area. They are well equipped like in your regular doctors office/hospital. My PCP is an hours drive away so this urgent care does excellent when I am too sick to drive to my doctor.

As far as medical experiences go this was the best I’ve experienced! The staff was kind, patient, snd helpful including front desk, nurse, and doctor. Wait time and paperwork were minimal. This is now my go to urgent care when needed! Thank you for all you do urgent care staff!

Super convenient, fast at getting me in and out, and everyone is friendly. Edit: unfortunately I have to change my review. I came in with symptoms of a uti, and was recommended an sti test. I was told it would be completely covered under my insurance. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to do testing if it’s free. Fast forward a few weeks later and I’ve got a bill for $90. When I call and ask why that is, I get yelled at over the phone. I decided to go in person and get this sorted out, mind you I’m a college student working part time so $90 isn’t a small amount to me. Same lady who yelled at me over the phone was just as rude as before, I felt as if I was being lectured. I had her call Quest for me and it turns out my insurance that allegedly covers my testing was never even applied! Overall this was very bad communication on their part. Had i known I was going to get a bill I would have never done the testing, I would have just waited to see if my symptoms go away. Nobody apologized for the misunderstanding and pushing testing on me that are not covered.

Staff was super kind and helpful. Waiting room was packed and i still got in within 45 minutes (first time at this urgent care) and the nurse still apoligized for the wait, bless her heart. The nurse practitioner I saw was very polite and kind, very quick and overall easy visit. I usually hate having to go to urgent care when sick but this visit was simple and a pleasant surprise that made my day just a little better even though I was super ill. Highly reccomend this urgent care if you are in North KC area.

I think they can, within reason
I'm not sure about that, they may tell you to go to an emergency dentist. Try comfort dental 🙂
They can do a Dr's note for work. Without insurance I believe it's roughly around $100.
Depends on insurance.
Yes, but with Medicare there is no copay, so they bill your insurance.
Call your insurance and ask them if if Gladstone Urgent Care is in network, and if you have a copay.
They do take Medicare you can always call them to see if you would have any co-pay with it
Yes we do provide steroid injections. It's up to the provider to make that decision. Please feel free to come in. No appointment needed.
Yes...for now
