The PICTURES ARE Deceiving it looks NOTHING like the pictures In person this place is nasty .. the maintenance sucks real bad and the office never answers the phone or are in the office. Do not waste your time or money they don’t care about there residents. I don’t usually leave reviews but somebody had to say it!

After my last updated review, I ended up renewing my lease. They changed management.. AGAIN but this time for the better. The new property manager Emily Sherpy really and truly cares for the tenants that reside at Broadway ridge. Due to covid I had lost my job. Emily worked with me from June to September. She referred me to a rental assistance program so I could apply and I did. It took them months to approve me. She could have filed an eviction but she worked with me to make sure that did not happen. To not have to worry about an eviction weighing down on you is such a blessing!! I am so grateful for Emily. She is just what These apartments needed. Someone who cares. Update- so I’m coming to the end of my lease and definitely have a different view and perspective of Broadway ridge. I can’t say I don’t like the apartments themselves I think where they drop the ball is with poor management. It’s been three property managers since I moved in and with each one it gets worse and worse. At this point now, I can NEVER get anyone on the phone for any reason at all. I literally have to find the corporate number and wait for someone to decide to call me about anything. We had a flea outbreak that took a month to be handled and we don’t even have a pet. Whoever does manage this property is actually kind of rude. I would not recommend staying here if you have other options. I also feel the rent is way too high for us to literally have 0 amenities. Not even a playground for our kids to go play. I am going on my 2nd month at broadway Ridge apartments. My initial experience prior to move in was a bit shaky due to it being in the middle of them changing management. Now that I am in my living experience has been amazing! It’s sooo quiet even during the weekends day/night. The grounds are always clean and they also keep the hallways clean. I have not seen ONE SINGLE BUG in any area of my apartment. Not a spider, roach, ant, gnat I mean nothing! Jamie, the property manager has been awesome! Today I went in to let her know that my toilet seat in my main bathroom had come off the hinges (11/18/19) by the time I got home from work same day, they had my toilet fixed! My apartment is huge and I love the amount of space the bedrooms have! the W/D really just seal the freaking deal! I would definitely recommend Broadway Ridge-
