I like the doctors here, but the receptionists are beyond rude. The way they speak to patients is very condescending. Only reason I continue coming here is for the doctors, other than that they need to think about hiring a new front desk team.

Horrible office! Has not been the same since Dr. Carla Ball left. My good friend had a first time appointment schedule there for today. His job does not allow phones during working hours and they kept him over on mandatory OT which caused him to miss his appointment. They are now refusing to see him saying they have a zero tolerance policy. He obviously can't call when his job doesn't allow phones. You guys should be ashamed of yourself! So if you are looking for a new doctor, skip this place because they are rude and don't care.

Dr.Harlan and his nursing staff give the best medical care I have ever experienced. They listen to you and prescribe exactly what you need.

Dr. Harlan is our family doctor for years! He definitely is the true definition of family doctor. I trust him with the all my families health needs! Very positive as well! The staff there are also extremely polite and helpful!
