My name is Rick Carrillo and I live at 2713 NE Kendallwood Apt. 4 I have lived in Kendallwood since 1979 and I am very happy to be here. The staff have taken very good care of me and of my needs. Erika, the manager has been super and the maintenance department has always taken care of my needs promptly and have always been professional. The staff always considers new tenants who have been very considerate and nice in my building. Thank you Kendallwood for making my senior years very pleasant.

I love the maintenance, valet trash, it’s peace and quiet as well. I have not had any problems when you call for anything they are very hands on and get it done fast. I love it

I have been living here for over 3 years. At least once a year there are water leaks in my apartment. They have raised my rent each year to a staggering degree. Do not live here. I'm leaving and I hope they fix this, but I have no faith in them. The emergency maintenance number has been disconnected at the time of this review. Look elsewhere.
