Waited in line for over 20 minutes. The process is just too slow and confusing. People are made to use a kiosk to order when they don't even understand the menu. They make you grab ice cream out of their freezer and hand it over the counter to make YOUR order. Then after another 20 minutes of waiting for my ice cream it was literally a tiny dixie cups worth. I told her it must be a mistake but she assured me no. 4 dollars gets you enough for a mouse....

Yes, the day we were there it was a coconut flavor. Not sure if they rotate through other options.
