Worst service I’ve ever used. A lousy excuse of a service company. Signal goes out every 30 minutes and makes me reset the whole thing. This has never been fixed and I’m sure it never will although we’ve called many times. Maybe if you want a monopoly over the Lawrence service area, offer decent services.

We have been struggling with a "flapping router" for 3-months at our house, Midco asked us to call every time we have issues so they can credit our account. For 3 months of issues we have been comp'ed 1 1/2 months. The last time I called the customer service manager Mary told us that she would not comp us further and cover the remainder of the next bill's total even though our service is still unreliable and fails at key times (work from home, watching a movie with the family, etc.). We are going to contact AT&T next week about getting their services in our home.

No longer offer 24/7 support. Needed help when internet went down and I work from home. All the menu does is direct you to sales so you buy something. Live chat stops at midnight or some such thing. Half the time the speeds are unreliable. Unfortunately I don't think there is any other company to provide service in my area.

I just started using Midco this past month. The setup was fine, and the equipment arrived in a couple days! My problem was the bill. My first bill was $126. I was set up for a promo where I would pay $47+$8 for everything. I set up messaging system, so I’d know when my bill was due. The 2nd of the month, and no notification, email or text. So I try to log into the account, and it says it’s all late fees, and random misc charges. The late fees for one day is close to $80? This better not keep happening.

Ya'll missed the joke because Midco freaking sucks.
That's the experience I had. Was quicker to drive across town and hard not to be mad about my online experience and the endless wait on hold. The people were nice in the office. And I'm sure have heard the same story before.
Midco is better the ATT&t
You'll probably have to call them as that's going to be something that is going to be included in various packages.
Its better if you bring it back yourself. So if you have any questions about your account we can handle that too..
Go by the store on 31st and Iowa and explain to them what is going on with your internet
While I don't know the specifics for Midco, most ISP's only authorize the ones they have tested and passed. They tend to test most all of the modems thst are out there (but obviously can't get to every one) and then determine the security of the modem. If it doesn't pass their standards it wont be accepted. So if you have a modem thst won't work typically it is because they either haven't tested it, or they have and it didn't meet their security standards. But I am glad you are getting your own. Don't rent one from any ISP. Control your network.
Your bill has to be 100% paid. Then you need to send them your snap benifits and or your state health card documents through your online account with midco. After that call them to confirm that they have recieved your documents. Hope that helps :)
I'm sorry I can't help. But call them or go to see them by firehouse subs
Their customer service is pleasant and fast. The actual quality of internet service is pretty abysmal.
Hello, Diane! We're sorry to hear that you're having problems logging into your email account. If you could please reach out to us through any of our contact options at Midco.com/Contact, we would love the opportunity to help!
Call customer service and they can customize a pack for you.
Not sure you might want to call customer service
No. All works well.
No local phone number, call toll free number for assistance.
Don't bother spending more. I've got "gigabit" and still lag like I'm on satellite in Antarctica. I don't think I've ever run a speed test and hit anything near what I'm promised other than exclusively on their test, and if their test is like their customer service then you know it's a lie. Even on their test I'm scraping the bottom of the speeds they promise. And that's during non-peak hours.
Idk
Unfortunately, it is probably the best option. You can try AT&T (DSL service) but it's probably more expensive for no improvement. There around also satellite services like Dish or spectrum, that are possible if you own the residence.
Not as we knew. You have to call the 1-800 numbers or go to their local office.
Depends on the size of your TiVo, but quite a bit. Not sure what you mean, but you can watch a dvd while it records.
You have to go into your router ip and change it
Horrible Hard to pay. Login crazy hard compared to all others. HATE MIDCO. Dish coming soon. Wish law google fiber
Midco doesn't have decent service, let alone high speed.
