After a year now of constant dropped calls, texts not sending and internet not working at all. Verizon still claims “it’s congestion, we have bad signal there, we don’t see an issue” now it’s been over a year and Verizon still doesn’t fix any issues. I get dropped calls, texts not sending, and no data in multiple different cities. Verizon is fine charging me over $100 a month for service but I got nothing. It happens almost everyday. It’s a constant issue trying to use Verizon. Oddly enough I use T-Mobile for one month and no issues. Clearly Verizon doesn’t care, clearly they are fine with their service being the worst in the business. This area is terrible for Verizon. I don’t recommend Verizon if you live in Lawrence, Overland Park, Olathe, kc, or surrounding cities. I get dropped calls, texts don’t send and no internet with Verizon. Don’t use Verizon.

Edit: I initially did not get my promo credit that was promised to me in the store. The helpdesk told me after many months and many calls that they could not apply it and I would need to go to the store (which is difficult since I moved across the country). However, with the help of GM Marcus Anderson the problem was resolved within a week!

I came in today due to a few issues I was having with Verizon’s website not working properly. The agent we had was Taverous, who was so kind, patient, and determined to not only figure things out, but make them right. He went ABOVE and BEYOND for us, and for that I am so thankful. I normally don’t feel bad when I don’t add all the bells and whistles when upgrading, but I did today only because I know he deserves the commission. Hopefully this review makes up for it. He most certainly deserves a raise or at the very least, recognition for his extraordinary quality of care! That kind of customer service is rare. 5 stars for Taverous!

There is a check in and when you are next to shop they will text or call you so you can go into the store to shop.
You'll need to go see a Verizon tech
You do need to talk to an agent at the store or calling. Don't bother with the store on 6th Street close to Arby's they're just a seller of phones they are not a real Verizon store. They are rude and won't even bother to help you unless you're buying a $1,200 phone
