Excellent service! I brought my Focus ST in to get the transmission repaired, they did amazing work and were able to replace my synchros as well as fix my shifter and bushings which were causing other issues.

I had my 350z detuned using UpRev to better fit within my racing class and add flat-foot shifting capabilities. I dropped the car off in the morning, the tuner called me a couple hours later to clarify a couple of my requests and have me answer some questions about my car. He ran into some issues with the ECU not wanting to be flashed because I had removed a bunch of OEM components that the ECU wanted to be there. This added some time to the process as the tuner had to reach out to UpRev to see what his options were besides having to bench flash it. The tuner called me again once the car was tuned and informed me of how everything went. He also wanted to make sure the final WHP numbers were what I was aiming for (they were exactly what I was looking for). The price for the tune was very fair and the additional charge for the time the tuner needed to use for the work-around to get the ECU to flash was also more than fair (I was charged an additional 1/2hr of shop labor. Zero complaints from me). They also saved the car's "full potential" tune so if I wanted to have my tune changed they can email me the flash and I can do it with an UpRev cable at home or bring it back and they will change the flash for me. I am very happy with my tune. When I called to get some answers before I set up my appointment, the person on the phone seemed kind of short with me and then had me fill out the online form to setup an appointment by email (which added a couple days to the process). My only constructive criticism would be that the initial interaction and scheduling could be improved from a 'making the customer feel warm-and-fuzzy about the process' standpoint but the work performed and follow-up interactions were excellent.
