I rarely post/write reviews but I had to share my wonderful experience at brookside barkery. I have a rescue pup, Ollie, who is an older, small mini-poodle mix who is very shy, timid, nervous and anxious when it comes to getting groomed. I can’t tell you how amazing the groomer, Wade, was throughout our entire experience. First, wade took the time to come out to meet and greet Ollie as well as sat down and asked what I was looking for in the groom. He took his time getting to know us and took the time to hear about Ollie. He accommodated our needs with no hesitation including an express groom in the afternoon so Ollie wouldn’t have to be placed in a kennel all day and most importantly, he made Ollie and I feel comfortable and at ease! Ollie went to wade with no hesitation and came out smiling and looking better than ever! Wade did exactly what we were looking for and he went above and beyond in the care for Ollie and myself. If anyone is looking for a groomer who goes above and beyond and treats your pet like family, then Do yourself a favor and go see Wade at brookside barkery! He was kind, compassionate, funny, and most importantly took wonderful care of my pup!
