After working here for 2.5 years there have been many positive changes. The upper management is very focused on employee retention and satisfaction. The production floor is so much more organized and clean. The production staff works together as a team. During non busy time we work 4 10 hour shifts and have 3 day weekends which is really nice. It has become one of the better automotive plants to work in!

I cant say how much this place has changed over a year, We stood as a team fought all the odds, There were so many challenges ahead when the project was kicked off at the start, With the New Management this will soon become a lovely place to work. Sodecia Kansas City has become one of the better places in the Metro area to work. There has been some very major growing pains as the turnover was high and the previous management did not seem to know how to take care of the employees. We have a fantastic team in Kansas City that cares about the employees, everything is done to make sure they come first.
