Don't ever take your vehicle here for repairs not only did they over charge me 400 dollars and took 4 days for a serpentine belt they didn't do it properly and I spent 4 hours on the side of the road stranded having to put it back on my van after it slipped off two days after I picked it up... Yea sure they have a 4000 mile guarantee but what good is a guarantee when they can't properly do such a simple task. !!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Josh did a great job helping me through the entire process. He got my car towed same day and squeezed in an oil change for our other vehicle so we could make our trip the next day. Plus, the service was done ahead of schedule. Could not be happier!

I when to Reed buick because my truck was under GMC guarantee for a part that need it to be fix, from the beginning the staff was great they check to make sure the truck had the problem, the order the part for it wash my truck and gave me a chocolate bar, I had to take the truck back the following week whem the part arrive, and once again they were super nice, they got my truck right away fix it, wash it and once again I got a chocolate bar. The staff are great, they have a nice little waiting area with wifi, coffee. They work fast and they are polite.
