Betty, there is no usual settlement. We have some clients that have had several revision surgeries and others that have had 10 or more surgeries. Unfortunately, there isn't an answer to this question--we work up each case individually and try to maximize the value of every case.

Hey Betty, this is a very difficult question. There are well over 10 manufacturers and more than 30 products that will need to be litigated in the hernia mesh case. Most mass tort cases take between two and three years to fully resolve. However, that can differ significantly based the product, injury, manufacturer and other factors.
