When you can't get the local store, and you need a part NOW, not later the disaffected millennial thumb twiddler lacks the intellectual perspicacity to actually SEARCH stock for the part. Not just for the store I'm trying to reach, but the chain in general. Why? He'll get paid the same just for picking up the phone, and not actually doing any WORK. I called to ask about some 90 degree RCA plug adapters. First, he tells me BB doesn't have them. I call B.S. I KNOW better. LAZY. UNCURIOUS. UNMOTIVATED. This is how RADIO SHACK (as awful as they were, they were at least THERE, and you could REACH a HUMAN within your ZIP CODE) DIED it's ignominious death. Frankly, if something better will replace it, that end can't come fast enough for Best Buy, and I take NO PLEASURE in saying it.

I worked at best buy before and i can tell you, this is not a Best buy experience, Sad atmosphere as well. and well... "You can go and get your replacement if you can't find it i will check then..." (Runs to talk with a coworker). Yeah last hour of work, sucks... But the world sucks too. Do a better service no matter where.

Joe was extremely helpful in assisting me with my questions when I ordered my PC. He was friendly and knowledgeable. There was also a gentleman who initially helped me - I can't remember his name but he specializes in the Google chrome books. He was also very helpful and connected me with Joe to finish out my purchase.

Nice looking store with huge open layout. No associates on the floor, so my wife had to wait a very long time for help. And even after the long wait, I had to physically go and get someone to assist us. Other than that, everything was great. They were very friendly and apologetic.

Try the store number they don't monitor this. But I think they do. They may still be remodeling so you can't go in the store

I'm not real sure. But does it have power and check to see if the screen is just not working by plugging it into a TV that has an HDMI cable and the computer is known to have the ability to cast itself to the TV. Then call the feel squad

Okay I called the Best Buy in Gastonia North Carolina they do not have anything in their system of the prowler 15 sub I'm assuming that this is a car stereo subwoofers speakers that you're talking about if not please inform me and advise be more specific but at this point I'm there store does not carry that product so I hope that answers your question. Feel free to give me specifics if there is more to specifics to be made and I will do my best to get the information to you.
