Immediately. If you are "not instantly approved" on the spot, it means one of two things... you have life lock and information couldn't be gathered, or you aren't getting credit.
you should know within the time that you request for a credit in any store unless of course it's the weekend then there may be some discretion about it then and or information is locked and not available so prior comments are prudent to the truth but usually 6 to 8 weeks for others to approve depends on the store outlet
