Why doesn't best buy and geek squad have good customer service? They actually took our computer to fix multiple times, lied about it, and broke it! What is worse is there is no customer service and they haven't even offered to correct the situation!

You've got to be kidding there's got to be an answer to your complaint just because they were remodeling the store has nothing to do with you,and to have a customer item under there service, and gets busted is ridiculous 🙄 it should definitely be replaced can you get advice from attorney,& the better business, thats just not right,go to the top, corporation,

Small claims court sometimes you just have to sue them.

With the store being under renovation and them not answering their phone calls or actually giving customer service, they contributed to my computer now being out of warranty! and now they ruined it!
