I'm with you on that. I bought online. Spoke with some online reps and they helped me with my purchase. I was leery but you can return (which a lot of stores aren't doing) if it's not right, and there's always geek squad for issues. They want to prevent any spreading of germs. I'm sure that's why they aren't open in the inside for the public as of yet.
