Food was amazing. I wished that the staff greeted me while I waited. There were no customers in line. I was ignored for a min while the staff spoke to each other before serving me. I had a pick up order. But would go back because the food is delicious.

Been craving panda all day and I get off to work to come 30 minutes before close and they do not have anything.. sad, I understand getting ready to close but you should be able to fulfill customer needs under 9pm… it’s almost like you should just close early.. it’s almost like turning away customers! Nice! Also had a problem where you guys literally locked your doors early!

1. First off customer service is horrible 2. Never ever have all of there food menu items available 3. Small servings on dishes From the beginning of your food order to the end of it is a bad experience, do better!

Worst panda express place I've ever been to. Place closes at 9pm but we got there around 8:05 and the staff were already washing the kitchens/grills and literally had like 6-7 dishes available. Not even enough for maybe 4 people. They didnt have their signature orange chicken nor fried rice. Like how do u close 1 hr early and get away with that through management just because it was a friday? 3 people walked out with us....
